About the Role The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading and supporting key marketing functions that align with the Group's overall strategy. This role drives strategic marketing initiatives, oversees campaign execution, and supports business growth through branding, advertising, and subscription revenue efforts. Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across platforms. Maintain a strong understanding of the Group's portfolio across print/publication, digital, multimedia, and on-ground advertising. Formulate and implement marketing strategies that support product positioning and revenue goals. Oversee campaign execution, including content development, proofreading, and quality assurance. Supervise the creation of marketing collaterals, including digital content, multimedia assets, and promotional materials. Drive brand health initiatives and support efforts to enhance customer engagement and acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and project/campaign management. Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Customer and market-oriented mindset. Deep knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption habits.
