Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Payroll & Attendance Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as attendance, leave, and overtime records. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Support in managing employee benefits, claims, allowances, and other HR-related payments. Performance Management Support: Coordinate performance appraisal processes and compile evaluation reports. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Support HR initiatives on employee engagement, activities, and welfare programs. Disciplinary & Grievance Handling: Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes. General HR Support: Perform other ad hoc HR tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior HR staff. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or prior HR/admin experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
