The role of RPA Developer requires expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automated processes to improve operational efficiency in the healthcare industry via UiPath and Power Automate. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the technology department, leveraging RPA tools to support business processes.

Design and deliver process automation solutions and KPI dashboards using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere, and other tools such as SQL, and VBA
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and formulate automation strategies
Analyze and identify processes suitable for automation
Participate in streamlining and enhancing existing workflows to increase automation efficiency
Establish KPIs to assess and continuously reassess the impact of automated processes
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions
Identify opportunities to enhance processes through RPA and recommend improvements
Document technical designs, workflows, and user guides for implemented solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA tools with existing systems
Background in process automation, business process management, or workflow automation is advantageous.
Monitor and analyze BOT performance metrics to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability
