The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes. Experience with Power Automate is a plus, as it will enable you to integrate workflows with other Microsoft products and enhance automation capabilities.Key Responsibilities:RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using UiPath Studio.Automation Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated solutions.Process Mapping: Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and create process maps and workflows.Optimization: Continuously optimize and enhance automated processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy automated bots in the production environment, monitor bot performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of RPA processes, workflows, and configurations.Support and Maintenance: Provide post-deployment support and ensure bots continue to function as expected.Power Automate Integration (Bonus): Leverage Power Automate to streamline automation across Microsoft services, integrate data flows, and enhance workflow management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development and automation.UiPath: Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other related tools.RPA Concepts: In-depth understanding of RPA concepts such as bot scheduling, error handling, and exception management.Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python for automation scripting.Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues in automated workflows.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Power Automate: Experience with Power Automate to automate workflows across Microsoft 365 applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.Other Automation Tools: Familiarity with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism is a plus.Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and database integration.Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile software development practices.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
