- Min 1 year of experience as Team Lead / Supervisor in customer service.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong preference for candidates from BPO/Contact Centre background.
- Experience in hospitality/retail/F&B supervision is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work shifts aligned with project and country needs.
- Supervise and coach a team of associates to meet service targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Track team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive service excellence by identifying process improvements.
- Collaborate with training, quality, and operations teams to achieve business goals.
