  • Supervise and coach a team of associates to meet service targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Track team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Drive service excellence by identifying process improvements.
  • Collaborate with training, quality, and operations teams to achieve business goals.
