- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management, interviews, gathering feedbacks, preparing recruitment reports, etc.
- Work closely with HR Manager on manpower requirement and support all departments on recruitment matters.
- Responsible for new staff on-boarding/induction & exit interviews.
- Coordinate various in-house and external training program, maintain training records etc.
- Liaise with training providers & HRDF grant & related issues.
- Handle periodical briefing on company policies & compliances.
- Support HR initiatives and activities i.e. company annual dinner, company trip, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business studies or equivalent.
- 6 years or more in similar role with relevant hands-on working experience in recruitment for construction or engineering sectors.
- Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written skills. Proficiency in mandarin language preferred to deal with Chinese speaking counterparts.
- A confidential person & a good team player with positive attitude.
- Keeping up to date with current employment legislations.
