Responsibilities: To provide excellent customer service ensuring clients and employees receive prompt responses to requests and queries in line with departmental requirements. Develop an in-depth knowledge of employee share plans fundamentals and taxation implications. Strive for first point resolution to queries. Take personal responsibility for ensuring that assigned tasks are followed up and completed in a timely manner to the highest quality standard. The ability to confidently utilise SREG (in-house share registry software system) and run any report available on SREG for clients. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and audit processes. Completing daily transactions for a variety of different clients. Complete bank and trust account reconciliations. Ensure effective and accurate communication with all stakeholders. Identify and recommend improvements to current procedures, risk management, processes and client servicing arrangements. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Degree in related disciplines. Operational experience in funds management, registries or the financial services sector. Strong understanding of internal business functions. Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS, computer skills. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
