Job Responsibility Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly. Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew. Monitor and control business s operation. Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling. Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines. Plan and execute the deployment of service crew. Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards. Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events. Job Requirements Have at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Experience and knowledge in Japanese Omakase is preferred. Positive attitude and good teamwork. Advantage of having team management skill. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require. No specific education level required.
