Team size: 10duties and responsibility ...As the Supply Chain Assistant Manager, you will responsible for the following:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in organizing and optimizing procurement and warehousing operations for enhanced productivity and efficiency of daily operational activities
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to the Supply Chain team to achieve set targets and foster a cohesive work environment.
- Possess knowledge of commodity materials and assist in the sourcing of both direct and indirect materials.
- Monitor purchase order issuance to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Resolve conflicts within and between departments to maintain positive working relationships and ensure smooth operations.
- Industry experience in Food manufacturing only
- At least 5-8 years of relevant supply chain and procurement experience
- Strong knowledge in material sourcing, planning and order processing
- Possess knowledge in SAP and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business studies or Science background
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
