Job Description: * New supplier introduction work with sourcing team and other function team to perform the evaluation of new supplier from quality perspective quality management system and process quality control .

AVL supplier quality management.

Define the proper incoming inspection plan and training for IQC inspector.
Any non-conformity handling at incoming, in-process, customer claim.
Root cause investigation and corrective action follow up with supplier for any non-conformity.
ITP plan define, execution and key process monitoring at supplier side.
Supplier performance evaluation with CFT team and improvement.
Annual audit on critical supplier.
Sample approval - Involve in supplier sample approval process with design team.

PPAP/FAI process follow up with supplier.
QFD function deployment at supplier side.
Other jobs assigned by top manager.

Job Requirements: * Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering background ifs preferred.

3 years+ working experience in quality dept, automotive and industrial product experience is preferred.
Sheetmetal industry working experience is preferred, especially experience on Welding, Coating process is preferred
Familiar with quality management system, product quality related knowledge, can independently complete quality system audit and process audit
Good communication skills and team work spirit
Language requirement English communication is a must , Malay and Mandarin is preferred.
