Duties & Responsibilities Drive Modern Trade and General Trade sales across Peninsular Malaysia. Manage key accounts and expand distribution through new outlets/chains. Execute marketing programs, activations, and promotional campaigns. Collect and analyse market feedback for growth and improvement. Ensure timely supply and coordination with distribution partners. Oversee sales operations in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor markets. Monitor secondary/tertiary sales and share regular reports with Head Office. Handle additional tasks as assigned. Educational Qualifications: Degree or Post Graduation. MBA preferred Work Experience/Requirements: 5 to 10 years - experience in FMCG distribution preferred. Skills Required Must have worked with Cosmetic or Toiletries or Food products. Either with the brand owner or distribution partner in Malaysia. In depth knowledge about ethnic markets, Local Main stream markets and Country Main stream markets. Must have knowledge about the Malaysia. Proven working experience. Analytical - ability to analyse large amounts of data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have a track record of growing within the organization.
