This position involves leading the Sales & Operations team to achieve sales targets, optimize retail operations, and align strategies with financial goals, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire Sales & Operations Team to ensure sales targets are achieved. Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including SOPs, inventory management, sales forecasting to maximize the company&aposs profitability. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales while ensuring cost control and alignment with financial objectives. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and motivate the team to achieve company goals and targets. Qualifications Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the retail industry, with a strong background in sales and operations management.
