- Perform general clerical duties
- Update internal operation procedure document when is needed
- Handle & maintain clear and accurate operation document filling
- Work with sales, recruitment and operation teams towards customer services excellence
- Contacting new customers or candidates via telephone by providing these businesses with the best solutions to support their growth
- Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and others for reporting and communication
- Report all progress/ updates and generate report to direct supervisor.
- At least one year working experience in related field.
- Motivated, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Adapt well in fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
- Ability and desire to continuously learn new skills.
