Job Requirements This role is to support a home entertainment product in assisting customer related matters and enquiries via various channels of communications such as call, email and online chat. Provide inbound calls with accurate and complete information. Assist the customer satisfaction initiative for Hong Kong clients. Assist customers to resolve service issues with product features and provide guidance. Consistently maintain service standards within set KPIs in regard to customer service. Follow through on any outstanding issues and provide timely responses. Handle complaints tactfully and take corrective actions within guidelines. No selling required.
