  • Well versed and good communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.

  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge on telecommunication industry, especially in the business and enterprise segment would be ideal.
  • Willing to work extra miles to meet and achieve target.
  • Able to work on Malaysia public holidays and observe Singapore operating hours.
Tanggungjawab
  • You will be responsible for generating calls and emails to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target!
  • Perform outbound sales calls and necessary follow-up via emails / calls to existing and potential customers based on the prospect listing provided by the Company.
  • Ability to handle outbound and inbound transactions via voice and non-voice.
  • To explain product/services to customers in details and convert potential leads to sales.
  • Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation.
  • To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned.
  • Ensure good and pleasant customer experience throughout the interaction with customers.
Manfaat
  • Remuneration package:
- Basic: RM2,400 - RM2,700- Attendance allowance: RM100- Mandarin Language allowance: RM300- Non-capped commission scheme- Annual salary increment & performance bonus

  • Working hour:
- 10AM - 7PM or 9AM - 6PM (subject to change based on operational requirements)- Monday - Friday (Saturday is optional)
