Job Description: Design & Deliver AI Training Lead the design and implementation of training programs focused on AI literacy, AI adoption in the workplace, and emerging digital skills. Develop blended learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) leveraging modern tools, AI-powered platforms, and analytics. Learning Strategy & Innovation Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and align learning programs with organizational goals. Introduce and experiment with cutting-edge learning technologies such as AI-powered learning assistants, adaptive learning paths, and gamified experiences. Facilitation & Capability Building Facilitate engaging workshops, leadership sessions, and AI awareness programs. Coach managers and employees on how to integrate AI and digital solutions into daily work. Data-Driven Learning Impact Utilize learning analytics and AI tools to measure training effectiveness, engagement, and business impact. Continuously improve programs based on data insights and learner feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). -2-5 years of experience in L&D. Strong experience designing and implementing training programs, with a focus on digital/AI-driven learning solutions. Knowledge of AI applications in workplace learning (chatbots, adaptive learning systems, prompt engineering, etc.). Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse groups. Excellent communication skills (English required). Fast learner with curiosity to explore new technologies and apply them creatively.
