Job Responsibility Customer Support: Provide technical and non-technical support to customers. Communicate fluently in Cantonese, both spoken and written. Support customers via calls, emails, or live chat depending on project needs. Troubleshooting & Solutions: Guide customers through basic device troubleshooting Product Knowledge: Provide guidance on device settings, functions, and best practices. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are welcomed , cs experience preferred. Can speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Cantonese language is compulsory. Can relocate work in George Town area.
