- Branch Network Expansion (C2, C3, C4, C5):
- C2 Flagship Branches: Finalize and agree on the first tranche of 22 C2 branches, focusing on Klang Valley (12 branches initially) and mapping them against PBB's presence to strategically outnumber their locations.
- C1 Iconic Branches: Oversee the progress of C1 Iconic Branch renovations (e.g., Lightstreet, Penang ready by Mar24) and identify new potential locations for the remaining 10-12 iconic branches
- C4 & C5 Micro-Locations: Identify and pilot the first locations for C4 (e.g., Auto Sales & Service Centres) and C5 (Self-Service Banking Centres), focusing on partnerships for expanded service offerings.
- Location Analysis & Optimization:
- Initiate and manage discussions with location analysis providers to utilize external data (demographics, commercial lots, competitor branches) to identify optimal locations for new or relocated branches.
- Implement the TLS (Track, Learn, Score) methodology to understand drivers of branch success and identify reasons for performance variations.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- C4 Limited-Service Banking: Finalize discussions and set up the C4 Auto Loan Centre in Sime Darby Auto City, exploring collaborations with various automotive brands (BMW/MINI, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, Ford, Hyundai, BYD, Used Cars).
- C5 Self-Service Banking Centres (HLB x Partners): Progress the pilot conversion of low-footfall branches into full-fledged digital self-service centres through strategic partnerships.
- HLB Partners: Leverage existing partnerships (ie. GSC) for brand presence to enhance customer touchpoints
- Malaysian citizen
- 5-15 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Partnership Management.
