Role Summary We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager to lead the development of high-impact indirect sales and influence channels . This role goes beyond traditional reseller acquisition-you&aposre building an ecosystem of trusted advisors , accountants , franchise consultants , industry influencers , and strategic allies who can unlock qualified leads and brand trust at scale. Core Objectives Identify and activate influential market actors -accounting firms, tech advisors, consultants, and franchise experts who hold trust with SMB decision-makers. Build and manage a high-leverage partner network including lead generators , referral partners , value-added resellers (VARs) , and co-marketing alliances . Drive partner-led lead generation , market education, and early customer trust by embedding DizLog in ecosystem workflows. Own event partnerships and co-branded campaigns with industry leaders to accelerate pipeline in key markets. Key Responsibilities Partner Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard high-value advisors, consultants, and ecosystem influencers who interact with SMBs at scale. Referral Programs: Launch and scale structured referral, affiliate, and incentive programs with clear commercial outcomes. Strategic Alliances: Build long-term partnerships with POS distributors, hardware vendors, mall operators, franchise groups, and payment providers. Ecosystem GTM: Collaborate on joint events, speaking opportunities, content partnerships, and trade exhibitions with market multipliers. Influencer & Thought Leader Engagement: Build relationships with public-facing voices (CPAs, franchise coaches, business mentors) who can amplify our message. Revenue Accountability: Own lead targets, partner contribution metrics, and pipeline growth through indirect channels. Enablement: Equip partners with tools, playbooks, and ongoing support to ensure success.
