Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Project Business Development / Property Development / Estate Management/ Project Management or relevant discipline. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or other related bodies would be value added. Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of property development projects in the Southern region, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations. Budget Tracking: Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs, and identifying variances to ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets. Schedule Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of project schedules, including milestone tracking, progress monitoring, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery. Quality Assurance: Supporting quality assurance processes, including inspections, audits, and compliance checks, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Risk Management: Assisting in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes. Problem-Solving: Addressing project-related issues and challenges as they arise, proposing solutions, and escalating issues to senior management when necessary. Reporting: Compiling project progress reports, updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and issues encountered. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing property development projects in the Southern region, and obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and certifications. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in project management practices and contributing to the implementation of best practices and lessons learned.
