Assist in evaluating model introduction and evaluate project production line construction and renovation plans, focusing on cost, quality, cycle, and efficiency. Collect and manage production line and equipment data, and handle technical coordination for production line transformation. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to confirm and finalize production line transformation plans. Analyze the supply status of KD parts, confirm demand according to KD assembly policies, and suggest improvements based on production conditions, quality, logistics costs, etc. Verify the implementation of these improvements. Improve KD packaging, packing, loading, unloading, and logistics solutions. Develop and implement KD project production plans and pilot production plans. Drive the preparation and evaluation of elements for KD project production activities. Organize and implement KD project production technology improvements, process evaluations, and related activities to promote quality enhancement in KD assembly. Guide KD assembly production operations and maintain related process data, ensuring its preparation, maintenance, and updates. Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of vehicle manufacturing, including vehicle assembly production technology and KD packaging logistics. Proficiency in office tools, CAD, and Catia; experience with Tableau is preferred. Experience in automobile production management, planning, and operations in Malaysia is preferred. Preferred majors: Vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, or automation. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.
