Job Description The role involves managing space planning and utilization for all company properties, including the CD Tower, CD Hub, and all campuses. It requires developing and executing marketing/leasing strategies for subleasing of low zone floors and all unutilized property nationwide as part of asset optimization. Additionally, the role includes overseeing cafeteria operations and managing event space as part of revenue generation initiatives. Responsibilities Manage space planning and utilization for all company properties Develop and execute marketing/leasing strategies for subleasing of low zone floors at CD Tower and all unutilized property nationwide Manage subleasing of low zone floors at CD Tower Liaise with real estate agents, schedule viewings, and submit tenancy proposals Plan and market the sale of all unutilized property nationwide Oversee cafeteria operations at CD Tower and CD Hub Manage all event space at the CD Tower and CD Hub for revenue generation Produce detailed plans and liaise with stakeholders for all projects Produce comprehensive reports with updates and progress on special projects Requirements Bachelor&aposs Degree in Property Management / Asset Management/ Project Management disciplines from recognized universities 5-8 Years of experience in Project Management in Facility Management or equivalent, Property Management in Retail or Corporate Real Estate, and Event Coordination and Management Next Steps Thank you for taking the first step towards joining our team at CelcomDigi!
