Position Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Engagement Specialist (Lead) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, web design, and team management with a proven ability to oversee end-to-end design production processes. Experience working with ad agencies is highly advantageous. This role requires expertise in Photoshop and AI tools as well as the ability to manage website design, updates, and campaign planning. You will collaborate closely with the Director to ensure clear requirements are met and deliver exceptional designs within specified timeframes. Key Responsibilities: Website Design and Management: Lead the design and production of the official website, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and user experience standards. Manage website updates, maintenance, and campaign planning to support organizational goals. Ensure responsive and visually appealing web designs that enhance user engagement. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee workflow and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Design Production: Create compelling visuals using Photoshop and AI tools, maintaining consistency across all design elements. Develop responsive web layouts and designs optimized for various devices. Produce banners and design components tailored to campaign needs. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director to understand project objectives and translate them into actionable design plans. Communicate clear design requirements and updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with code teams to ensure smooth page and website construction. Innovation and Tool Exploration: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new tools and technologies, such as Figma and Chat GPT. Implement innovative design approaches to improve processes and outputs. Job Requirements University Degree / Bachelor's degree is necessary andor certifications are necessary. Preferably 5-7 years of Media & Graphic Designer experience. 3-5 years or more of hands-on experience with Photoshop. At least 1 year of experience in WF production and layout design. At least 1 year of experience in responsive web design. Proven experience in banner production and design component creation. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and AI tools. Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive design. Ability to manage end-to-end design production processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in illustration production. Experience in EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) design and management. Knowledge of HTML/CSS. Interest in exploring and utilizing new tools such as Figma and Chat GPT. Experience collaborating with developers on page and website construction. Background in UI/UX design.
