The Head of Division - General Industry will lead the sales strategy and execution for the industrial and manufacturing sector, driving growth and fostering client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry and proven expertise in achieving sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a sales team of 7, ensuring yearly order intake and sales targets are achieved.
  • Develop and implement business development and marketing activities for non-Oil & Gas industries.
  • Identify new opportunities for products, services, and market segments, positioning the company's solutions effectively.
  • Drive key account management, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts for major projects.
  • Collaborate with management to design and execute a business roadmap for target markets.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Deliver technical and product support to customers in Malaysia, bridging their needs with the company's solutions.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Global ExposureLead a Division
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control or related field preferred).
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or management within the process instrumentation or industrial automation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial markets and customer applications across multiple sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a "can-do" mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for business development and customer engagement.
