Ensure all documentation are kept in good condition.Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.Identify areas for process improvement and support automation and efficiency initiatives.Manage the outsource parties within SEA. Timely feedback their performance/ service level.Stay alert with banking requirement and tax update for the offices.Responsible for Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia offices.Mentor junior accountants or provide guidance to team members as needed.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assignedTo succeed you must hold:Degree in Accountancy or equivalentProfessional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including strong knowledge of financial reportingAbility to handle full set of account with minimum supervisionDeep knowledge of Excel and SAPAdaptable to change, with strong commitment, drive, and energy. A self-starter who takes initiative and has a hands-on approach to work.Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Possesses strong analytical thinking, investigative skills, and problem-solving abilitiesCapable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Could our purpose be yours?
