
Executive, Client Services (Facultative Reinsurance)

- Responsible for all premium and claims processing for Facultative and prepare necessary follow ups and ensure good record keeping of every transaction.
- Responsible for claims collection and allocation to ensure it meet our service level timeline.
- Monitor and follow up on all premium payment to ensure premium payment warranty is adhered.
- Reconcile CAB statements and coordinate with broking team to resolve the reconciliation items.
- Reconcile Non-CAB statements and follow up with clients / reinsurers to resolve the reconciliation items.
- Reconcile and follow up on the inter-company brokerage sharing.
- Reconcile and follow up on the CAB unallocated receipts.
- Responsible for client / reinsurer bank details update or verification process upon request.
- Assist in yearly external audit exercise.
- Assist in any audit confirmation from clients / reinsurers upon request.
- Prepare the presentation deck and meeting minutes for client visits / meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may assigned.
- Graduate Degree in Finance / Accounting / Insurance discipline
- Preferably with minimum 2-3 years working experience in finance operation / insurance related fields.
- Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint)
- English Communication skills (both written and oral)
