Role Overview We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Product Manager based in Petaling Jaya . In this role, you will lead the regional product strategy, vision, and execution for the company&aposs digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every product feature and initiative deepens customer engagement and enhances their overall experience. This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on delivery , translating market trends, user behavior, and internal needs into practical, high-impact product solutions. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle -from ideation to launch-while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across regions. Your decisions will be guided by data, with the goal of increasing product adoption, user engagement, and overall business growth. Qualifications Experience in market analysis and understanding customer needs Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams Proven track record of successful product launches Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions 5+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role, with proven success overseeing the product development lifecycle.
