Our client is a fast-growing Malaysian specialty coffee chain currently undergoing a major digital transformation. They are building their very first Product team from scratch, with the aim of scaling up to 10 Product Managers in the near future. As part of this growth, they are now hiring a Regional Product Manager who will take a hands-on lead role in shaping the product vision, roadmap, and execution. Role Overview We are seeking a full-time, on-site Regional Product Manager based in Petaling Jaya . In this role, you will lead the regional product strategy, vision, and execution for the company's digital platforms. Your focus will be on driving initiatives that deepen customer engagement and enhance user experience, while building out product management capabilities from the ground up. This position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery , ensuring that ideas are transformed into successful, high-impact product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and report directly to the Head of Product. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, research, and roadmap to execution and launch. Lead and mentor junior PMs as the product team grows. Translate customer insights, market trends, and business needs into product requirements. Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business growth through product initiatives. Act as the change leader, bringing structure and ownership to product management in a fast-growing environment. Qualifications 7+ years in product management , with at least 6 years overseeing the full product lifecycle . Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in B2C digital products. 4+ years of leadership experience (as a Lead PM or equivalent). Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner (minimum 5 years in non-managerial role). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across regional teams. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading change in a high-growth environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
