Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Main Duties: Manage and lead all facility, production, and administrative departments. Provide directions and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills in the production plant. Work Location: Puncak Alam, Selangor Responsibilities: Responsible for production planning and scheduling, match the resources needed to complete the production task, distinguish the priorities of the tasks, set the completion deadline and pay regular attention to the project progress. Responsible for daily management and supervision, allocate all kinds of resources, conduct objective assessment, and seek to maximize the utilization of all the resources. Plan, organize, and control production and operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO requirements. Ensure safe work conditions compliance to OSHA, food hygiene, and health compliance in production. Responsible for capacity assessment, timely proposed personnel demand plan, followed up personnel in place, rationally arranged employment, and improved per capital efficiency. Work out and implement Standard Operating Procedures for production and operations. Carry out other duties and tasks as directed by Top Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes. Skill / Knowledge & Certification: Education Level: Associate degree or higher, majoring in production management, quality management, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields. Working Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, focusing on production planning, equipment management or similar position. Special Skill/knowledge: Excellent organizational skill, strategic thinking and good working attitude. Committed, mature, have pleasant disposition and able to work independently. Able to work under pressure and willing to work additional hours when necessary. Capable of guiding teams to improve factory operations processes. Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMPC, 6S and others related knowledge. Proficient in production planning and on-site management, with expertise in all aspects of production manufacturing Computer literate. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamic 365 will be added advantage.
