- Serve as a source of expert advice on People System processes for the People Experience team.
- As a super user take ownership of Sup Org creation, maintenance, and management in Workday.
- Oversee EIB uploads, including template preparation and analysis, ensuring smooth uploads in Workday.
- Analyze and provide expert advice on organizational changes within Workday, partnering with Advisors and People Experience Teams to execute these changes effectively.
- Research and propose improvements leveraging resources like the Workday Community, presenting viable execution proposals.
- Reviewing current process and recommending opportunities for improvement thru process improvement, optimization and or automation.
- Serve as the contact for Workday Releases, coordinating with the Project Manager & technical leads, and managing HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting updates.
- Run routine reports from Workday to identify HR data issues, ensuring data integrity and legal compliance, while proactively addressing concerns.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of data-related issues within Workday, collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.
- Create and maintain articles and other resources in Workday Help knowledge base.
- Organize and categorize information to make it easily accessible.
- Ensure that the knowledge base is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify information.
- Monitor and analyse usage of the knowledge base to identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage best practises, use data from analysis to create frictionless, hyper-personalized self-service experience to employees to access relevant information, task and support.
- Work with Quality and Compliance teams to identify Target audience and create groups in the Learning Management System, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
- Manage and maintain learning contents in LMS as per Training Matrix or change note requests.
- Complete Learning assignments as per Quality and Compliance and Global team requests
- Set up virtual learning sessions and provide support for on-going training.
- Act as the main point of contact for LMS related audit inquiries, and reporting requirements (routine, ad hoc, & legislative reporting).
- Monitor and answer questions and/or provide support requested via the case management system in Workday to provide Tier 1 support to investigate issues raised, run testing and escalate and work with internal Tier 2/Tier 3 support to resolve technical issues. Further to that, research and provide timely follow up and engagement when the answer is delayed, not obvious or routine.
- Provide the administration, tracking and logistical organization of virtual and on-site training and development programs using internal learning management system (MyLearning or other) and other platforms (Gallup, GLINT for 360, etc)
- Competent administrative support for the Learning & Development team and the Head of Learning & Development
- Prepare reports, statistics, analyses, and presentations when needed.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Good understanding of People & Learning Systems and the ability to learn quickly.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data trends, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to identify and address HR data-related issues within People Systems effectively.
- Able to independently research, explore and provide recommendations.
- Project Coordination: Strong project coordination and management skills in supporting release activities and process improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
