Role Description The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, including achieving sales targets, providing accurate monthly sales forecasts, and delivering excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote Consumables, Service, and Parts, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Lead the day-to-day management of the sales cycle using Salesforce or a similar sales management tool, leveraging sales analytics for planning, execution, and closing of business deals. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to understand customer preferences, market trends, market share, and competitive strategies. Drive overall sales growth by offering customers a comprehensive solutions approach. Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience. Take full ownership of customer account management, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with credit guidelines, and coordinate updates with the finance and sales coordination teams. Collaborate closely with the Service Team to share timely and relevant information that supports end-to-end customer requirements. Work in partnership with Sales Account Managers (Equipment) to deliver complete, integrated solutions to customers. Desired Profile: Candidates with an academic background in Science, Engineering, or Printing Technology are preferred. Should possess approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in selling consumables, Service and Parts within the Printing or Graphic Arts industry. Experience in using sales analytics tools such as CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms, along with proficiency in MS Office, is required. Must be open to travel and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
