Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Brand Manager (Malaysia) What are their Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and operating plans. Manage and develop all aspects of brand strategies: consumer insights, media, consumer and trade promotion, market research, product development, pricing, volume and operations planning, financial mix and P&L management. Understand consumer and market comprehensively; (i.e. insight into consumer dynamics, able to represent the consumer view in all brand decisions and effectively understand the commercial environment). Achieve brand targets, specifically; (i.e responsible for achieving the goals set out in the budget for Marketing; deliver Marketing activity on time and to budget, achieve brand awareness and manage Marketing (A&P) expenditure). Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product. Responsible for contributing to the annual goals set out in the Budget. Identify market opportunities for new products and product renovation management of the NPD process. Manage all elements of consumer communication relating to brand responsibilities effectively (i.e. Branding, Packaging Design, Advertising Development & Production, Media Effectiveness, Consumer Promotions Sampling, POS Design and production) Liaise and work closely with creative, media, pr, digital agencies to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns.
