ACCOUNT MANAGER

• Manage and handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management report.
• To monitor and planning cashflow.
• To prepare documentation for TR & DP settlement – Bank Malaysia & Singapore and liaise with Bankers.
• Update purchases of yarn invoices into UBS sys and tally with shipping import and local report.
• Prepare Journals for Invoice, DN ,CN, accruals, prepayment, provision, loan interest for monthly closing of accounts, post into UBS after approval.
• FAR tracking/monitoring & updates, maintain FA movement in UBS Accounting and prepare Journal's for Depreciation and post into UBS system.
• Prepare Journal's for TR settlement- Bank Malaysia & Singapore and update HP & borrowing schedule and post into UBS system.
• Perform clearing of Clearing account, ensure all clearing are done up to date.
• Monthly Closing Stock and post into UBS system.
• Departmental Analysis-Monthly Staff Payroll.
• Departmental Analysis-Replacement Cost ,Knitting Loss, Damage Greige ,Re-Dyeing & Re-Setting and post into UBS system.
• Monthly inter-company & sub con accounts and reconciliation.
• Prepare Audit & Tax schedules.
• Liaise with External Auditors for audit & company secretaries
