- Responsible for budget planning and ensuring adherence to it. Develop the sales plan based on the Annual Business Plan (ABP), which includes customer-specific strategies and concepts for market expansion. Additionally, maintain ongoing coordination with their direct supervisor throughout the planning process.
- Implement and refine market and sales strategies tailored to specific market segments to enhance market coverage and drive profitable growth. This involves identifying prospects, generating profitable sales within the defined market, and collaborating with borderless business support personnel to meet overarching business objectives.
- Oversee sales activities directly or through distributors, focusing on customer management to enhance distribution sales turnover and expand into new markets. Develop business plans and objectives for key customers, ensuring compliance and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining records of their activities and projects, regularly updating their immediate supervisor according to provided formats. Additionally, prepare monthly reports and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to communicate current activities, ensuring effective tracking and documentation of work progress and achievements.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management, or related discipline.
- 5-years of relevant working experience
- Strong data analytics experience with strong project management experience.
