Experience recruiting and headhunting in e-commerce or live stream industry is a plus. - Fluent in English is a must. - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Job Scope : - Partner with the managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the role and company culture. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offering process. - Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives. - Responsible for managing the reception and onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are seamlessly integrated into the team efficiently and effectively. - Summarize recruitment activities regularly, provide actionable recommendations, maintain the candidate pipeline at all times and continuously refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational objectives. - Manage general office administration, including but not limited to, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs. - Oversee the management and inventory of company assets (e.g., laptops, monitors, office equipment), including tracking allocation, usage, maintenance, and disposal. - Support various administrative tasks as required by the HR or management team Other Benefit : - Training will be provided - AIA Health Insurance - Medical Claim/Clinic Panel - Wedding Benefit - Condolence Benefit - Death Compensation - Laptop Allowance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - EPF & SOCSO - Annual leaves and medical leaves Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm) Contact No. : 013-8866907 (Amirul) Location : Menara UOA, Bangsar Basic Salary : RM 2,500 - RM 4,000 Show more Show less
