Job Responsibilities Assist Senior Client Advisor with client's transaction processing Provide the relevant documentation for Senior Client Advisor prior client's appointment Perform the relevant checking in the respective system to ensure account is in order Perform the necessary name screening and searches for the on boarding of account, annual review and upon event trigger Banking and securities account opening Doc preparation for stamping purposes Prepare letter of reference and mail out Job Requirements Ability to manage relationships both internal and external Ability to multi-task Team player, keen and quick learner Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products Effective verbal and written communication skills Mature, pleasant, independent, self-motivated and highly sales and service-oriented Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with preferably 5 years minimum experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)/RM in the Wealth Management segment Knowledge in various asset classes and products is a strong advantage e.g. Fixed Income, Equities, unit trusts, Funds, Structured Notes, and handling account opening documentations, payments and securities transfers.
