Job Responsibility Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities, focusing on individuals interested in financial education and wealth management. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Wealth Mastery Academy&aposs financial education programs and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals. Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques, including needs analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Wealth Mastery Academy. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the financial education market. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Job Requirements Possess a Secondary/SPM/&aposO' Level certificate. Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients. Exhibit a proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship management. Proficiency in English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse clientele. Willingness to learn and apply sales closing techniques to achieve sales targets. Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
