Job DescriptionHead of Campaign MarketingLocation: Kuala LumpurResponsibilities:Strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple markets, aligning with company objectives and brand guidelines.Take charge of media planning activities, including identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, and optimizing media placements to maximize reach and impact.Lead partnership marketing initiatives, collaborating with external partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and co-branded campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.Drive brand communication initiatives to enhance brand positioning and increase brand awareness in the target markets.Exhibit proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.Champion growth marketing initiatives, driving user acquisition and retention strategies to fuel platform expansion and success.Leverage previous experience in working with influencers to strategize, execute, and measure influencer marketing campaigns effectively.Demonstrate proficiency in launching new streams of marketing channels such as influencer marketing or content marketing, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to drive engagement and growth.Manage and mentor a high-performing team across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.Foster creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking to drive marketing excellence.Provide strong mentorship and leadership to team members, guiding their professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve overall platform growth objectives.Assume ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to achieve maximum ROI.Effectively manage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common goals.Act decisively as a key decision-maker, pushing initiatives through to execution and driving results.Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and innovations, continuously evaluating their relevance and potential impact on marketing strategies.Possess a deep understanding of the app or tech business nature, leveraging this knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies.Bring relevant experience in the travel or app-related business, utilizing industry insights to inform marketing strategies.Embrace challenges with a proactive and can-do attitude, striving to make a difference and deliver impactful results.Demonstrate agility and promptness in responding to changes and market dynamics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain competitiveness.Oversee relationships with external parties and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality work.Serve as the face of the marketing department, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years is management experience.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing and coaching diverse marketing teams across multiple markets.Extensive experience in budget management and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing practices.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and revenue growth.Deep familiarity with the app or tech industry landscape, with a keen understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards shared goals.Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace change and drive innovation.Previous experience in the travel or app-related business is highly desirable.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.If you believe you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and become a key contributor to our dynamic marketing team.
