- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, or Google Ads Proven experience (5+ years) in media buying and paid social media advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Platform, TikTok Ads Platform, and Google Ads Platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and data analysis to drive performance optimization and improve campaign ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant advertising budgets and effectively allocating resources to achieve client acquisition goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent campaign management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Experience in a team leadership role, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate a team of media buyers to achieve collective goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
- Develop and implement media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and budget constraints, leveraging data analysis and performance insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform guidelines.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video advertising, to drive targeted traffic and conversions for clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough data analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and communicating findings to the team and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage media buying budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically across different platforms and campaigns to achieve optimal results and maximize return on ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising, and share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies, continuously improving campaign performance and driving incremental gains.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly, and implementing corrective actions to ensure campaigns are on track to meet objectives.
