Isn&apost that beautiful Job Description Marketplace Management Manage brand&aposs presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and tags to boost visibility and sales Ensure compliance with platform-specific requirements across all listings Planning out the Campaign Calendar, Visibilities Calendar, and CPAS Calendar to ensure that all assets are produced and vetted & approved prior to deadline Merchandising the SIS Homepage & Campaign page with appealing product selections & relevant modules to increase CR% of bestselling SKU&aposs in each campaign. Category Management Updating & upkeeping on categorization & filters in each stores via Sellercenter Ensuring all SKU&aposs in each Store meet the criteria for the right images & videos, and product descriptions from the brand as well. SKU must always be presentable when online. Promotions and Campaign Execution Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with marketplace calendars (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday) As the brand key account in-charge, to own and grow the entire e-commerce/ e-distribution business for selected brand To drive brands performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage the brand stores Enhance listings and strategies during peak sales periods to maximize traffic and conversions Collaborate with the Marketing team to design marketplace-specific campaigns that align with broader brand promotions Performance Monitoring and Reporting Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Weekly Cadence on E-Merch Initiatives & Updates with Brand Partner & Monthly closing & wrap up Competitive Analysis and Market Research Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor SIS Store Merchandising & Key Trends for Visuals & mechnanics displayed Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and adapt strategies to align with evolving consumer behaviors Brand & Stakeholder Management Data reporting and presentation to key brand stakeholders Collaborate with different stakeholders to optimize store operations & business efficiency, including but not limited to business, graphics design, brand partners, platform partners & external teams to ensure smooth go to live on key campaign visuals. Coordinate on accuracy of Gift with Purchase, Brand Colours, Campaign Theme, Submission deadlines to ensure nessecary processes for approval are held with Brand Partner. Requirements Education/Experience : Have a Bachelor&aposs Degree in business-related fields and an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Have at least three (2-3) years proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an E-Commerce provider Past experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada/Shopee and hands on experience with Seller Center portal Skills Required : Strong analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent Luxasia in external meetings Client management Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities Campaign planning & marketing Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus eCommerce supply chain experience is a bonus Key Success Factors: Excellent communication skills - internal & external stakeholder management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, priority setting and meet deadlines Hands-on, proactive and resilient Experience in negotiation tactics & ability to influence Detail-oriented and can foresee potential gaps in execution Experience in eCommerce processes including marketing & operations Proactive and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Confidence & a go-getter attitudes Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment Do you thrive on challenges Do you want to bring innovative ideas to life Are you keen to abandon the status quo, try new things, embrace failures as lessons, recover fast, yet always pursue excellence If so, you are the one we are looking for.
