Role Summary As a Solar Wiring Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of solar PV systems, managing a team, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities In this role you will: Primary Responsibilities Plan and execute installation for solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with standards, building codes, and regulations. Supervise and coordinate with the installation team for effective project management and meeting deadlines. Accurately connecting and routing wires for both Alternating Current and Direct Current applications, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation. Conduct regular inspections, resolve problems, and implement improvements on-site. Compile and execute project specifications within budgets and timelines. Secondary Responsibilities Train and mentor new solar installer recruits. Address customer inquiries and maintain effective communication. Allocate and manage resources efficiently during installation. Conduct regular inspections, resolve problems, and implement improvements on-site. Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or equivalent. Preferred experience in site supervision/project management. Knowledge of AC (ALtering Current) & DC (Direct Current) wiring. Knowledge of electrical systems, with an advantage in PV Solar Systems. Class D driving license. Necessary Skills Passion for electrical works, engineering, and/or renewable energy. High motivation for ensuring precise installations and technical duties. Strong awareness and adherence to health and safety standards. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently. Understanding and practical application of SOLS Energy values, principles, and objectives. Ability to work independently.
