Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive at MAHSA Avenue International College in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Job Description: - To execute local student recruitment, enrollment, strategies & plans. - Passionate in counseling & communicate with parents/ students. - To organise & participate in marketing and enrollment activities. - Able to work independently in meeting deadlines - To master the product knowledge offered by MAIC. - Participate in recruitment activities: Open day, Education fair, Road show, School events & etc. - Support any ad hoc or pre- planned sales & marketing recruitment activities and the overall department operation whenever necessary. - Assist in student activities & services. Requirements : - Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Marketing/ Student recruitment/ Event/ Sales. - Hotelier/ Air crew/ Fresh graduate also will be considered. - Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. - Proficiency spoken in English, Chinese & Malay - Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. - Posses a mature attitude & as part of the team. - Interpersonal skills and abilities. - Posses own transportation & able to travel.
