Job Responsibility Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Semiconductor Industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers, including OEMs and subcontractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product development initiatives. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and trade shows as necessary to support sales activities and promote company products. Stay informed about advancements in semiconductor technology and industry regulations, incorporating relevant information into sales strategies. Job Requirements Proficiency in Mandarin and English, enabling effective communication. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in semiconductor sales or related technical sales roles. Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, evidenced by a successful track record in closing complex sales deals. Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends and devising innovative sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in RM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
