- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, enabling effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in semiconductor sales or related technical sales roles.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, evidenced by a successful track record in closing complex sales deals.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends and devising innovative sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in RM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Semiconductor Industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers, including OEMs and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product development initiatives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Travel to customer sites, industry conferences, and trade shows as necessary to support sales activities and promote company products.
- Stay informed about advancements in semiconductor technology and industry regulations, incorporating relevant information into sales strategies.
- Salary package: RM5,000 - RM8,000 (Subject to experience and interview performance)
