JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible in sourcing new investment opportunities and managing end-to-end investment processes including screening, valuation, due diligence, and documentation. Strong ability to prepare investment memos, negotiate terms with sellers, and execute transactions is essential. Proven experience in monitoring direct and indirect portfolio investments, managing relationships with external fund managers, and conducting performance analysis using historical data. Familiarity with investment transaction processes such as financial modelling, , legal coordination and compliance Experience in preparing quarterly portfolio performance reports, annual investment updates, and sourcing new funding is highly preferred.
