As such he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules, and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.Requirement
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel or in a standalone restaurant, with strong beverage background
Has effective managerial and leadership skills and is well organized.
Proficient in oral and written English, additional language an advantage
Physically fit, neat, and well-groomed
Confident, tactful, sensitive to guest and employee needs, service oriented, team player, flexible
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail.
Has basic food hygiene knowledge.
Creative; can think out-of-the box.
