Job Description: To assist HR department in day-to-day works. Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews) Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.) Assist team with preparation of materials and binders Other related ad-hoc activities. Must Have Skills Strong written and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa (Malay) Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Canva or others design tools (need to design broadcast/ poster) Solid organizational skills, multitasker and attentive to details Preferred Skills Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility Fast learner & Proactive in handling task Proactivity and ability to work independently (require minimal supervision) Let me know if need further clarification or info.
