Identify, develop, and scale new go-to-market channels with high growth potential. Collaborate with commercial and digital teams to optimize channel performance and cost efficiency. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns tailored for modern channels, aligned with overall business goals. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across touchpoints including digital ads, in-app promotions, retail media, and partner platforms. Launch channel-specific offers, bundles, and acquisition/retention tactics that deliver measurable results. Product Lifecycle & Subscriber Journey Manage prepaid product portfolio lifecycle - from ideation to launch to retirement. Continuously improve subscriber journey from activation to recharge, usage, and loyalty stages. Identify friction points in the process and work cross-functionally to simplify and optimize. Performance Management & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as active subscribers, ARPU, channel performance, and conversion rates. Provide insights-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, product positioning, and channel strategy. Build dashboards and reports to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. Process Innovation & Automation Review, document, and optimize existing workflows to reduce time-to-market and manual processes. Champion automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline product and campaign rollouts. Work closely with IT and operations to ensure system readiness and scalability.
