- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Any other *certificate in related fields is an advantage, e.g. IAAPA Safety Institute/Certificate
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in similar role, managing an equipment maintenance environment.
- Experience in theme park industry is much preferred & is a definite advantage.
- Must possess excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia listening & understanding, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Proficient of MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook)
- Strong technical analytical, problem solving skills in making quick, independent & rational decisions.
- To lead technical team during all inspection of Electrical system and to ensure all the inspection we done according to Authoriry requirement, SOP and WKI.
- To check and verify the inspection and maintenance checklist to ensure all the checks and maintenance were done in a proper manner as per advised by OEM and Best Engineering Practice.
- To conduct inspection in daily basis on the overall Electrical System to ensure all the equipment/parts/components are in good working condition and smooth operations
- To monitor and execute preventive maintenance activities based on the planned schedule.
- Night, quarterly and annual maintenance
- To prepare and monitor on the maintenance and inspection documentation such as checklist, maintenance report, and etc.
- To follow up and communicate with OEM during any emergency breakdown in order to provide solutions in time.
- To monitor on the inventory of spare parts and ensure the availability of the spare parts during any emergency and maintenance works.
- Ability to handle and provide solutions on technical related problems in terms of mechanical, electrical and etc.
- Awareness on safety to ensure compliances as top priority in daily work practices, besides thorough knowledge of jobs and functions.
- Initiate improvement projects and identify new ideas.
- Involve and monitor on employee development, coaching, guidance and monitoring of subordinate's job performance.
- To make appropriate decision and provide solutions during any job related difficulties.
- Able to face any problems and to resolve conflicts on job related issues and staffs with diplomacy and tactful.
- Adequate knowledge on problem solving skills and rectification.
- Maintaining close liaisons with other departments.
- Reliable, hard working, and able to work independently under extreme pressure and tight time frames.
- Team player, helpful, able to motivate and good interpersonal skill.
- Basic correspondence/communicating and reporting skills.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to accept suggestion and criticism.
- Cooperative, helpful and get along well with associates.
