- Maintain daily operations of the inbound/chat sales channel to ensure business coverage and team SLA.
- Provide floor support and monitor random calls/chats to identify coaching opportunity in order to improve quality, correct errors and upskill sales.
- Assist Sales Manager in team motivation and drive team to meet sales conversion target and maintain team performance KPI.
- Assist in onboarding, regular training and development of new hires.
- Support Sales Manager in planning and successful execution of projects, and manage change effectively.
- Maintaining timely of daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal and external clients.
- Adhere to task as on-demand basis assigned by supporting the management.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- 2 years experienced in supervising sales team with success track record
- 3 years experienced in Business-to-Business (b2b), phone based sales or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool, is an added advantage
- Experience handling operations in Shared Service or in a BPO environment is an added advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin literate is a bonus as the role may require engagement with mandarin speaking client
